3.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation
  • All personal information must be accurate and complete

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Advance payment of 25-50% is required to confirm booking
  • Full payment must be completed before travel date
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
  • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • 30+ days before travel: 10% cancellation fee
  • 15-29 days before travel: 25% cancellation fee
  • 7-14 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
  • Refund will be: credited in 7 business days

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to:

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Government restrictions or advisories
  • Insufficient bookings for group tours
  • Safety concerns

In such cases, full refund will be provided or alternative arrangements offered.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

  • Valid photo identification is required for all travelers
  • Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and documents
  • Foreign nationals must carry valid passport and visa
  • Medical certificates may be required for certain destinations
  • Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings

6. Liability and Responsibilities

6.1 Company Liability

  • We act as intermediaries between customers and service providers
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services booked
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations by third parties
  • We are not responsible for personal injuries or property damage
  • Force majeure events are beyond our control

6.2 Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Arrive on time for all scheduled activities
  • Follow local laws and customs
  • Respect other travelers and local communities
  • Take care of personal belongings

7. Changes and Modifications

  • Itinerary changes may be necessary due to weather or local conditions
  • Customer-requested changes are subject to availability and additional costs
  • Changes within 7 days of travel may not be possible
  • We reserve the right to substitute hotels or services of similar standard

8. Health and Safety

  • Customers must disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements
  • Travel insurance with medical coverage is strongly recommended
  • We are not liable for health issues arising during travel
  • Customers travel at their own risk
  • Follow all safety guidelines provided by guides and operators
